Our Autelo journey began after losing a £240k renewal deal for a consultancy client. We'd underperformed and not hit the client's expectations on the marketing front, it hit really hard.
After that Zoom call, I wrote on my iNotes pad:
How can I grow from this situation?
Could I create a lead generation engine for a fraction of the cost of marketing personnel and for £1,000 p/m that produces £1 million in revenue?
This was THE TIPPING POINT.
I'd become really frustrated after spending £500k of my own money on marketing and our clients spending over £15 million in marketing within the last eight years. This included software, fractional labour, freelancers, and full-time staff.
I went about researching the market speaking to over 100 B2B startup marketers, reviewing 70 unique tools from single-use case tools to multi-disciplinary tools, as well as the latest AI outreach, agents and automation tools.
These tools missed three things:
1. Lack of integration with others tools, often used for only one thing only.
2. Not leveraging offline company data (CRM, proposals, pitches) for better output.
3. No continuous feedback loop and constant improvement.
This challenge sparked our mission to create a solution that would empower these businesses to thrive. Drawing on my experience of successfully guiding over 50 B2B tech SaaS companies, we're developing Autelo - an AI-powered platform that simplifies and accelerates pipeline growth.
We're building Autelo to be the smart assistant that startups need, combining cutting-edge AI technology with deep industry insights. Our platform automates time-consuming tasks, generates high-performing content, and delivers actionable insights, all tailored to the unique needs of B2B tech and SaaS companies.
Our goal is to level the playing field, allowing startups to compete effectively, and mitigate the need for large teams or budgets.
